Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where young adults can share their experiences, build connections, and support one another in a structured environment.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one clinical counseling that focuses on exploring clients' thoughts and feelings, developing tailored coping strategies, and creating actionable treatment plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their unique needs, ensuring they receive personalized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30. The LPCC will work within our outpatient treatment program, which provides evidence-based and holistic therapy options. The ideal counselor will understand the unique challenges faced by this age group, including navigating transitions, relationship issues, and mental health crises.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current Licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
