Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate access to community resources, including mental health services, support groups, and other necessary educational or social services that contribute to students' success.

• Deliver educational sessions to students and families regarding available community support services and post-rehabilitation care to ensure continued progress and support.

• Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for students requiring ongoing care following intensive support or therapeutic interventions.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse students' population, ranging from elementary to high school levels, who may be experiencing a spectrum of challenges including anxiety, depression, coping with disabilities, or adjustment issues due to stressful situations. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
