Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and ensure accurate ongoing documentation of all services, including diagnoses, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Deliver a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions weekly, maintaining a balanced workload that supports personal well-being and professional effectiveness.

• Foster excellent relationships with clients by modeling appropriate boundaries while creating a safe environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to aid clients in achieving and surpassing their treatment goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, educators, medical personnel, and family members, to devise comprehensive care strategies tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and community outreach activities to enrich professional skills and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with students in the school environment, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Our client population is diverse, spanning various backgrounds and experiences, requiring a culturally sensitive and adaptable approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective interaction with clients and documentation requirements.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing SMART treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
