Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, school psychologists, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that promote the therapeutic goals of students, ensuring regular monitoring of their progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing students with the tools and strategies needed to cope with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Educate students and their families about available mental health resources, fostering an understanding of mental health issues and promoting wellness strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children, including those with diverse backgrounds and varying emotional and behavioral health needs. Our clients range from those facing anxiety and depression to students experiencing trauma and adjustment issues. Your expertise as an LCSW will help to address these challenges, offering therapeutic support that can lead to positive academic and personal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LCSW license.
