Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress, integrating feedback into therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize appropriate therapy modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy—based on client needs.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and foster coping strategies.

• Collaborate with allied professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
