Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on manifest symptoms and goals.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly while ensuring that all documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes, complies with clinic policies.

• Deliver compassionate therapy services, utilizing creative interventions to help clients meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating responsiveness and empathy while coordinating with case managers, families, medical professionals, and educational staff as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including supervision, case consultation, and active participation in team meetings to enhance clinical skills.

• Prepare individualized session reports adhering to the clinic’s regulatory documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will span a diverse clientele comprising children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
