Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments that establish accurate diagnoses and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and supportive counseling, ensuring ongoing evaluations of client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including safety and relapse prevention planning, as well as facilitating referrals to community resources and conducting same-day evaluations.

• Participate in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to review client cases, share feedback, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client documentation, including treatment notes and assessment results, in accordance with clinic policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Coordinate with referral sources, families, and external organizations to enhance the effectiveness and continuity of care for clients.

As a Remote LMFT at SageWise Wellness, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in the State of California, or eligibility for licensure under Professional Counseling or Clinical Social Work.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and a commitment to implementing outcome-focused care methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside empathetic and intuitive listening abilities.

• Ability to respond to crises effectively, demonstrating knowledge in crisis intervention strategies.
