Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health challenges faced by clients, as well as their strengths and available support resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, setting clear goals and documented interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning, ensuring that clients receive the support they need during critical moments.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client records are accurate and up to date.
