Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique situations of each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and available treatment options, empowering them to engage in self-care practices that foster better mental health.

• Monitor and document client progress diligently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving client needs and responses to therapy.
