This full-time position will be performed remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while you remain connected to our dynamic multidisciplinary team. Our virtual platform facilitates seamless communication and collaboration among staff, ensuring that patient care is prioritized. While the core working hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to treat individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups to foster community and address shared mental health issues.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate care and address all aspects of a patient's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support to patients during emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and staying updated on best practices within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
