Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and client-centered care approach.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to remain current with the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical considerations in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to establish rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
