Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Navigate Scape Counseling Center, you will work predominantly with diverse populations, including psychiatric patients and individuals facing substance abuse challenges. Your role will involve providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and both individual and group therapy sessions that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. This position demands a holistic understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to fostering client resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Proficiency in navigating internal credentialing processes and maintaining compliance within relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, and providing therapeutic interventions in both individual and group contexts.

• Strong computer literacy and basic keyboarding skills are essential for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional clinical experience, particularly in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care methodologies, will be favorably considered. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and best practices is also advantageous as we continue to expand our teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a meaningful salary, our benefits package includes:
