Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Engage with individuals, couples, families, and groups, facilitating therapeutic discussions that promote healing and personal growth.

• Maintain thorough, up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to legal standards and ethical practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with a variety of benefits, including:
