Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapeutic plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver effective treatments to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while documenting treatment progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Revive and Thrive, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. We prioritize holistic treatment approaches, focusing on individuals with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship difficulties and substance abuse. Your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, utilizing your expertise to promote well-being and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling role, showcasing your ability to work effectively with clients.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in counseling practices.
\n
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with the opportunity for bonuses based on performance.
