Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing a comprehensive approach that includes thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to client care, integrating input from various professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring the safeguarding of client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
