Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to develop personalized therapeutic strategies that address each client's specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to offer holistic care and support to clients, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and ongoing education to stay current with best practices and emerging mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse populations who may have previously faced barriers to accessing mental health care. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. You will play a critical role in providing support and fostering resilience in those who are often at a disadvantage when seeking mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to base compensation, you will enjoy a range of benefits including:
