Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients, providing personalized care that addresses individual mental health needs.

  Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring integrated and holistic care.

  Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures for ongoing monitoring and adjusting of treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical data.

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly counselor portal, facilitating seamless communication with other healthcare providers.

  Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, leveraging guidance and support for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting adults experiencing various emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. By employing evidence-based techniques such as CBT, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their treatment objectives in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

  At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting, is necessary.

  Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

  Experience with telehealth modalities and familiarity with virtual therapy tools is highly beneficial.

  Training in Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) is preferred, but training will be provided as part of our crisis program.

  Experience in a community health clinic or similar setting providing services to diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience.
