Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work environment, harnessing the power of telehealth to provide accessible mental health services. You will have the flexibility to manage your work hours, while adhering to a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The telehealth setting ensures that you can connect with clients in a comfortable virtual environment, prioritizing their privacy and safety while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload by establishing trust and rapport with each client, ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are consistently maintained.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss any challenges, and prepare for potential discharge from services when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and progress notes for every client, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices and incorporate them into treatment approaches.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and collaboratively develop strategies that improve treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional health issues. Our integrated care model allows for a holistic approach to treatment, engaging both clients and families in the process of healing. You will facilitate direct psychotherapy services, tailoring your interventions to the specific needs of each individual or family unit.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation; this should involve direct interaction with clients in a therapeutic context.

• Comfort with various technology platforms, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective record-keeping and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
