Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, groups, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education workshops to remain informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting patients who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As our services are designed to meet the needs of underserved populations, you will play a vital role in providing quality mental health care to individuals and families who may not have access to traditional treatment options.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
