Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders while utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, preferences, and therapy goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to different formats and client dynamics.

• Teach clients essential coping mechanisms and self-care techniques, empowering them with skills to manage their mental health outside of sessions.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of clients' treatment and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
