Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that comply with legal and ethical regulations, ensuring that client data is always safeguarded.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that align with clients' needs.

• Participate in regular workshops and continued education courses to stay current on the latest advances in mental health research and treatment methods.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples in need of relational and communication support, and families seeking comprehensive family therapy. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, providing you with the opportunity to utilize your skills in addressing complex psychological and emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, alongside a performance bonus structure.
