Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and create tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive support for clients that may include psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in adherence to legal and regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily includes individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges, ranging from stress management and workplace conflicts to more severe mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
