Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that treatments are rooted in proven clinical techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused frameworks.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, fostering transparency and accountability in client care.

• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and discuss complex case management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Evangelical Counseling Center primarily serves diverse populations that often struggle to access adequate mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software and other technology relevant to telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
