Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the biopsychosocial needs of patients, using evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, ensuring that you tailor your approach to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and program planning, sharing insights and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance care delivery.

• Engage in crisis intervention and triage evaluations, working effectively with both outpatient and inpatient teams to ensure timely support for those in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, adhering to all relevant regulations and agency policies.

Your clients will range from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and other psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or healthcare context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
