Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from a setting that offers comfort and convenience. However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with peers in a supportive outpatient office environment when necessary. Our clinic is equipped with advanced telehealth technologies to streamline client interactions and facilitate high-level care delivery. Our administrative staff provides essential support, including credentialing services, intake scheduling, and billing, allowing you to focus on what you do best – providing effective counseling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, assess stability, and determine readiness for discharge planning as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including ongoing progress notes and treatment updates.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history, current challenges, and treatment needs.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to achieve positive outcomes.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback from experienced professionals.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with youth clients, focusing on their unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for various clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations is highly desirable.
