Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to diverse populations.

• Facilitate group, family, and couple therapy sessions, addressing various mental health challenges and encouraging open, respectful communication.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to all legal guidelines and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment plans and integrate outside referrals as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, families, and couples from diverse backgrounds who may experience various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
