Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and client evaluations to identify individual mental health needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to individual clients and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure effective treatment and confidentiality.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, connecting them with additional resources as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying updated with the latest in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at our center, you will work with a varied clientele that includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You’ll provide therapeutic services for families, couples, and individuals across different life stages, adapting your approach to meet their unique challenges and promote their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted professional license (LPC) in Texas is essential for this role.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure.
