Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and initial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery, sharing insights and resources for optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• In possession of an active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
