Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments of client needs, tailoring treatment plans based on individual progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with supervisors and a multidisciplinary team to communicate clients' progress, coordinate care, and provide updates to family members and guardians.
\n
• Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments, home visits, and clinical observations to monitor client progress and adherence to treatment plans.
\n
• Ensure the effective implementation of program plans by routinely evaluating their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other relevant case conferences as needed.
\n
• Keep detailed records and documentation, including monthly and quarterly progress notes, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
\n
• Act as a resource and support system for staff, organizing training sessions to educate team members on the implementation of treatment protocols and documentation practices.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the community, fostering relationships that enhance the delivery of mental health services.
\n
• Assist in the development of training materials and procedures aimed at improving program offerings and enhancing overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role allows you to work with a varied client base, including both adults and youth, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care. By understanding and responding to the unique needs of different populations, you will contribute to the holistic care of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to manage documentation and client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
