Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, ensure stability, review upcoming appointments, and assess discharge readiness.

• Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients to foster their growth and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and coordinate treatment based on identified needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
