Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about the latest research and treatment modalities in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with underserved populations, including those facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required to ensure a solid foundation in therapy practices.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut is essential for the provision of services.

• Salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, determined based on your experience, licensure, and caseload.
