Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while adhering to state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of recent professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At the Teen Therapy Counseling Center, we value our staff and offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
