Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to accurately determine individual and family treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, when applicable, coordinate group therapy, family, and marital counseling based on your expertise.

• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to elucidate the treatment requirements and psychosocial factors impacting each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with primary care providers and other multidisciplinary team members to promote holistic patient care and continuity of services.

• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices and trends in therapy to provide high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who present with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
