Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Henry Medical Services, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and therapy effectiveness, facilitating discharge planning when appropriate.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Facilitating weekly individual therapy sessions to achieve treatment goals.

• Engaging in one-on-one supervision and professional development activities to ensure continuous growth and skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC in this role will primarily support clients dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, particularly among youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
