Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored, evidence-based therapy strategies to individual clients, couples, and families through telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches, to address specific issues effectively.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, integrating insights from various health professionals to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs, remaining informed about the latest trends and research in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, accompanied by performance-based bonus opportunities.
