Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and manage upcoming appointments, including planning for successful discharges when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that center around the unique needs and strengths of each client.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain an understanding of new clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We follow a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring you are paid ahead of collections with no wait for reimbursement.
