Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, tailoring individualized therapy strategies to meet each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Design and implement treatment plans that address a variety of mental health challenges, adjusting approaches as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing observations and strategizing interventions that benefit client outcomes.

• Document client interactions, treatment milestones, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner as per regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

The LPC will primarily work with diverse individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use. Many of our clients come from under-served backgrounds, making the delivery of empathetic, culturally competent care crucial. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
