Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and guide them toward appropriate treatment paths.

• Facilitate individualized counseling sessions for clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and other mental health concerns, employing a range of therapeutic techniques.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions designed to enhance relationship dynamics, improve communication, and address specific family conflicts.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that articulate clear objectives and specific interventions tailored to each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for clients encountering immediate psychological challenges.
