Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations through telehealth platforms to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health needs, concerns, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches to provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family counseling sessions to improve relationship dynamics and tackle communication challenges.
\n
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances, setting clear therapeutic objectives and interventions tailored to their needs.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely and appropriate care.

• Educate clients and their families about prevalent mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources for holistic support.

• Maintain diligent and confidential client records, which include assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, adhering strictly to legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Uphold ethical standards and legal requirements within the counseling practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fortuna Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
