Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and support one another. You will design activities and discussions that foster connection and healing among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored individual counseling sessions to clients, helping them to delve into their emotional and psychological experiences. Develop personalized coping strategies and detailed action plans to promote their journey towards mental wellness.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish clear, goal-oriented treatment plans that take their unique circumstances and preferences into account. This client-centered approach empowers individuals to take charge of their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Must possess valid LPC licensure to practice in the state of Texas.
