Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and establish preliminary treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies using various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused interventions.

• Engage clients through individual, group, family, and couples counseling sessions, adjusting interventions as needed to promote optimal recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care and facilitate referrals as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of current mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse clientele that includes individuals, families, and couples experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our patients come from various backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, which allows you to apply your awareness of societal factors impacting their mental health experiences. Understanding and integrating these factors into treatment will enhance the therapeutic process and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of current legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team environment.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
