Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their psychological and emotional challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing significant emotional challenges related to chronic illnesses. This includes individuals in hospice care, their families, and other groups navigating difficult life transitions such as grief, loss, and relationship issues. You will employ a trauma-informed approach that advocates for the emotional wellbeing of patients who are experiencing some of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and valid state licensure to practice clinical social work (LCSW).
