Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of family dynamics and individual behavioral health concerns by engaging in personal interviews, observation, and standardized evaluation tools.

  Develop tailored therapeutic plans that address specific issues identified during assessments. This may involve integrating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy.

  Facilitate family therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering cooperative problem-solving among family members.

  Educate clients on the impact of behavioral patterns on overall family functioning, helping them to recognize unhealthy dynamics and promoting healthier interactions.

  Support families in crisis situations, including emotional distress and adjustment challenges, while providing coping strategies to stabilize their home environment.

  Document and track client progress and outcomes accurately in accordance with state regulations and best practices, maintaining meticulous records as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on families and couples who are navigating relational difficulties, including but not limited to marital discord, parenting challenges, and communication barriers. You will work closely with diverse clients, respecting their unique cultural backgrounds and experiences to deliver compassionate and effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

  Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
