Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Regularly assess and monitor progress throughout clients’ personalized treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to ensure desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to develop and implement comprehensive intervention plans.

• Provide ongoing support to clients transitioning from hospitalization, including coordinating care and following up with attending physicians.

• Proactively identify and address behaviors that may hinder clients' recovery and well-being.

• Educate and assist family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing their loved ones’ mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n
