Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual and family needs.

• Facilitate effective therapy sessions with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, or other modalities as appropriate.

• Provide bilingual psychotherapy services in Spanish and English, addressing diverse cultural backgrounds and needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
\n
• Collaborate with other professionals in the health clinic and community to coordinate care and provide additional resources to clients.
\n
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to provide remote therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to enhance skills and stay current with best practices in mental health.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss clinical cases and develop best practices in the therapeutic approach.

• Promote community outreach initiatives that align with the organization's mission to enhance mental health understanding and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, including trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, and perinatal mental health. Your ability to respectfully engage and align therapeutic interventions with the unique cultural and individual needs of clients will be critical to their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Proficient in providing bilingual therapy services, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competency in working with diverse populations.
\n
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR, and a developed area of specialization is desirable.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Robust interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and colleagues from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capacity for self-reflection and empathy, fundamental traits for effective therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Valid driver's license and insurance along with the willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
