Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients through effective communication and active listening skills.

• Diagnose various mental health disorders through thorough assessments, combining clinical interviews with standardized testing methods when appropriate.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Conduct routine follow-up sessions with patients to facilitate continued counseling, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and promote accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, traumatic experiences, and relational dynamics, ensuring each therapy session is both impactful and tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• An advanced degree, either a Master’s or Doctoral in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong therapeutic skills, including the ability to motivate and encourage clients through their healing journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
