Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring professional rapport and trust with clients.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and narrative therapy, to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Document client sessions and progress meticulously to track treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing the overall care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
