Work Environment\n

In this remote setting, you will engage with clients through a secure telehealth platform, allowing for flexibility and convenience. Work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, focusing solely on providing therapeutic services without the additional responsibility of crisis calls. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to our diverse client base, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Regularly meet with clients and their families for counseling sessions, maintaining open lines of communication to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians, participating in case discussions and team meetings to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with clinic policies to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, teens, and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. By utilizing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you will help clients navigate their emotions and develop healthier coping mechanisms. This role encourages building strong therapeutic alliances that foster trust and support for clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice psychotherapy independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or an equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to children, teens, and/or young adults.

• Proficiency in delivering various forms of CBT and familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Demonstrated expertise in treating pediatric populations presenting with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with the addition of a comprehensive benefits plan.
