Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and strengths, enabling personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy using various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with clear goals, regularly monitoring and adapting strategies based on client progress.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to support at-risk clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
