Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments, create customized treatment plans, and offer evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met with the highest standards of care.

• Deliver therapy sessions through various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of therapy techniques to optimize patient progress and satisfaction.

• Document treatment processes and client progress in our state-of-the-art digital systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions to provide holistic care that aligns with organizational goals.

• Respond to client inquiries and support them in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population ranging from children to adults, addressing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will allow you to foster a supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Your role is central to guiding clients through their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 77,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
